Once payment for your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email including a summary of your order. Please ensure that all the details are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us as soon as possible as once the fabric is cut, it may not be possible to make any changes.
Shipping is free for all our products.
Most drapery orders are processed and dispatched within three weeks and delivered within one week of dispatch.
We accept Credit Cards and PayPal only. And since our parent company is in Japan. Both payment bill you received may under the name of HARUMI instead of Pop Curtain. But it won't hurt the security of your payment. If you have problems of the payment, you can contact us or corresponding credit card companies or PayPal at any time.
